To the glory of God, the Communique below, was issued at the end of the Seminar.
THE COMMUNIQUE
●We should be fully aware that the Church belongs to all of us and we are all called to work as a team to build the Church of God and strengthen each other’s faith.
●As Laity, we should place our Lord Jesus Christ as our role model. Adopt His teachings as our guiding principles in our leadership roles, which entail love and service with a sense of humility and openness to the Holy Spirit.
●With love and service in our minds, we should constantly aspire for guided ▪Self-development, ▪Self-awareness, and ▪Self-improvement. We should in turn prioritize our choice of focus, be responsible, be accountable and be answerable in our leadership roles.
To achieve the above-mentioned goals, we must be dedicated to the following action plans:
i. We should develop a good manner of approach to people.
ii. We have to be open enough to the dictates of the Spirit and seek a constant relationship with the Holy Spirit.
iii. Be active in our various calls and responsibilities, dedicated and committed with obedience to the Church's teachings and authority.
iv. Develop a social mindset; be cheerful, caring, kind, and hospitable.
v. We should listen more attentively and be open to learning and growth.
vi. Finally, we should be an example to others and practically live out the Christian virtues.
One Church, One Laity!
Thank you
